How long will everything take?

Typically we will have your artwork printed within 24 hours and shortly after it is shipped. The Print Team processes orders Mon-Friday, and typically our shipping partners will collect orders for shipment either the same day, or the following morning. After that shipping on average is 2–4 business days, and yes, we guarantee the safe arrival of your print!

Did you order a Digital File? These are sent to you via email, however we do not sent the artwork automatically. Each order is manually upscaled and cropped for your required size and will typically be delivered to your email the day you placed your order.

Average shipping times:

USA: 3-4 days

Canada: 3-4 days

Australia: 4 days

UK: 2-3 days

Where's my print coming from?

We are primarily based in the USA where we serve most of our customers.

However we now have printing partners who will print and ship our artwork using our high grade paper and frames. These partners are located in Canada, Australia and the UK. This means you can place your order as normal and we will ensure it is printed and shipped to you locally.

Can you make a custom order?

We sure can! We are always open to new locations, we don't accept any personalised locations such as houses, wedding photos, etc. they need to be place that are open to everyone. Drop us a line a support@traveltreasureco.com and we'll get to work for you.
